ABOUT US

Founded in 2020 by Rhiannon & Paul Graham-Fielding, GFRP Ltd are family-owned property specialist that helps clients invest in the UK property market.

GFRP is focused on providing a solid and safe return on investments whilst creating homes for families to build lives in. The model we use is tried and tested and is centred around purchasing properties at Below Market Value (BMV) in areas showing signs of growth and where there is a thirst for the sale and rental of homes.

Our business is born out of a passion for property. Whilst creating homes to give back to the community, we want to generate passive income for the investors that make it happen.

Having worked in the commercial property sector and in the leisure industry for over 15 years, we decided to pursue our passion and embark on CPD training with the UK's leading property training providers.

We are part of a connected property community. This provides us with a constant and up-to-date viewpoint on the UK property market.

Rhiannon Graham-Fielding

I’ve always had an interest in property but never thought I’d be a property investor as I believed it was only for the “rich”.

My journey started when a family member became homeless and, due to a perfect storm of circumstances, ended up couch surfing. Naively I thought I could “just buy him a house”, but unfortunately, he died before I could help. At this stage, I was fully committed and decided I would invest in getting myself educated.

I quickly realised my passion for finding undervalued properties and turning them into profitable investments. Over the years, we have built a portfolio of properties that includes a variety of accommodation types. I am always looking for opportunities within the residential, commercial, and mixed-use property sectors.

In addition to my own investments, I am a champion for other women and young adults who are interested in getting started in property investment. I am passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals and building a better life for themselves and their families.

Paul Graham-Fielding

Following in Rhiannon's passion for property, I became a co-founder of GFRP. I help to identify undervalued properties, and through our early projects, I injected profitability into our portfolio by getting my hands dirty and leading the renovations.

Outside of our business, my role for over 10 years has been as a sales and marketing consultant who helps to develop brands and businesses to maximise product profitability and company efficiency.

During the Covid pandemic, the need to secure our financial future became abundantly clear, and we quickly realised the potential of real estate as a wealth-building tool.

Rhiannon began researching the market and learning about different investment strategies, and with the time given back to me through the restriction of work caused by Covid, I managed the development and builds of our growing portfolio.

I now apply my time to supporting the growth of the business, seeking investments and overseeing our development teams.
