We seek and purchase tired housing at below market value. Through renovation we develop modern, high quality affordable homes and return them to the market.
STEP 2
INVESTMENT
Through private and partner investment , we fund the development. Each property has it's own detailed investment plan which provides a GFRP guaranteed ROI.
STEP 3
MARKET & REVALUE
Renovate the property using in house team and preferred partners. We then work with our selected brokers to refinance and return funds and profits to our investors.
